Mixed but overall positive. Ordered online where there was no option to request a delivery date. Did receive an email to clarify which I responded to with a chosen date. My tree and wreaths did not arrive on that date - disappointing in that I'd arranged for a Sunday so I could spend a pleasant afternoon decorating it. I did phone to enquire where they were and had a very polite, friendly and apologetic conversation. My items were delivered the following day and left at the back of my house as requested. Wreaths are really lovely and tree has character and is a good size. All's well that ends well.
