I am overall very satisfied with both the quality of the watch and the customer service. The timepiece is of a suberb quality in terms of design and manfacturing. Accuracy is satisfying with +9 seconds per day. Responses from the customer service arrived promptly. Still there are two things that prevent a 5-star rating. Firstly, the crown feels rather sharp-edged and does not leave a very smooth experience when winding or setting the watch. I would have returned it for that reason but I was advised that the watch must be unworn to be eligible for the 60 days return and refund policy. Secondly, and to me more worryingly, the company was not able to specify whether an ETA or Sellita movement was fitted to the watch. Since this watch will be mainly purchased by watch enthusiasts, this information is crucial for buyers. Christopher Ward should definately be able to tell their customers in detail about the watch.
