Worst customer support I have ever experienced. Order confirm had the wrong watch listed (that the server MatthewThomas input). Sent email; no response. Called multiple times; no one ever picked up the phone. Left a voice message; no response. As a result, I received the wrong watch. Will never do business with them again. The worst!! Now I have to wait for them to respond so I can make a return. What a sham.
