I ordered a watch in their recent sale at a significant discount (40% I believe) and received confirmation of order shortly after. I received an email 24 hours later stating that they would not be fulfilling the order. They did offer me 20% off a future purchase. This is clearly a bait and switch, they could've offered me the watch at the agreed upon price at a later date if stock was the issue, but instead they have taken a dishonest and frankly scummy approach instead. You can find similar experiences shared by others, this is clearly a sales tactic of the company. I will stick with the big companies from now on.
