I purchased C70 Grand Prix Chronometer just a few days ago. Prior to delivery, I noticed that the company was holding a half-price sale, and I had paid list. Naturally, I was disappointed. However, I rang Joe at CW and explained the situation. He immediately suggested that they would arrange a credit to reflect the reduced price. This was expedited immediately. Clearly, Christopher Ward are company where integrity is the 'watch word'. From the product itself, to the way they conduct their business... Anyway, what about the timepiece? It's absolutely fabulous. I shall certainly be buying more watches from this company.
