I'm very happy. Good communication and very fast actions from CW. I sent two watches to service and I received the first one after the two weeks! Second one sent back to me one week after that. Both watches were serviced well. Only one minor issue; I sent watches with both outer cardboard boxes to avoid damages during the transportation.
I received both watches without those outer cardboard boxes, due to this, corners of black Christopher Ward cardboard box had some minor defects during the transportation.
