I have had a ladies watch for many years which I love. Unfortunately Christopher Ward have discontinued ladies watches so when I needed a new strap I was somewhat apprehensive. However they managed to find one to fit my watch and I also ordered a man's strap in a lovely blue which fits perfectly and was in the sale. The customer service was really outstanding! Thank you.
