My original order went missing in shipping. Since it was a discontinued item I was offered a full refund instead of a replacement. The watch was later returned to Christopher Ward and I was offered to repurchase the watch. It was sent to me with next-day shipping without extra charge.
I am very satisfied with the watch and the great costumer service.
