I have received my CW Jump Hour watch, an excellent piece of watchmaking.
However, I paid 28GBPounds to have the watch engraved with my name and, for the life of me, I cannot see where the engraving is.
The name Christopher Ward appears, three times on the watch (Face, Rotor and Watch band clasp), but not my name, the name I PAID FOR.
On the back it reads "C14OAJH1-0129, Swiss Made, 2-Steel 3ATM".
Am I missing something here, or is this just poor quality control?
Please advise. Have I paid 28 pounds for nothing?
