Christopher Ward managed to get my delivery spectacularly wrong TWICE. The nightmare started when they lost my order, even though I had a confirmation. They could see the order but didn't know what I ordered.
My first delivery ended-up in Bolton. Guess what? I got the wrong watch, with an invoice for some poor chap in Bolton.
My second delivery was also delivered to the wrong address, but I managed to get the watch, finally.
Now, it's not just the shear incompetence that bothers me, it's the lack of contact from the customer service team. I wrote to them maybe a dozen times, and they wrote back to me twice - both times they promised to look into the problem. Not resolve the problem, but look into it.
I got a call from Scott Callaway after the first delivery went missing - I bet he's a busy guy, apologising all the time. Unfortunately, he didn't fill me with confidence and, in fact, he didn't do what he promised, i.e. send me the watch.
So, I won't be shopping at Christopher Ward ever again. I'll simply shop where I feel like a valued customer.
