Product great - really pleased with the watch - and staff very responsive.
However, a lull in contact after ordering (not informed of delivery timelines) and website doesn't really work for one-off purchaser (couldn't track purchase from order number). This is 'in the margins' though and observations made to assist what is already an excellent company and concept.
