I'll rate a "VG" overall as watch quality and craftsmanship warrants, I also like the nice touches of adding the customer's name, hand-written, to congrats letter and more handwritten touches in manual. All these classy steps deserve just a little better shipping info - if watch is in-stock, when it will ship and approximate shipping time should be on the site before purchase. There are follow-up e-mails with this, albeit broad, info but not very precise, which is okay. Just set that expectation for me as I click "buy". All-in-all though, great work - I will buy from again!
