Simply excellent service. I ordered two watches, which arrived within a week; one had to go back (my choice, no fault of the watch) so I “ordered” a free returns bag, which arrived next-day and the refund was processed immediately. A pleasure to deal with and an example of how e-tailing should be done.
The watch itself is fantstic - but then the write-ups will tell you that. Delighted to confirm that the standard of service matches.
