Excellent, friendly customer service, which clearly helps, but the main thing is the product. I bought a trident c65 on a steel bracelet. The watch is superb - keeps great time and looks beautiful. The quality is simply ridiculous for the money. I rate it as good as an IWC or Rolex. Buy one. You can't go wrong.
