Where to start? The ability to email and get a response from sales or service?! The craftsmanship that is first rate?! The attention to detail when you ask for specifics, such as: can I get engraving or certain numbers, if available, from limited edition watches?! I could've bought a Rolex but I have since bought two CWs--the Trident 600m GMT and now, the C60-316L...magnificent!! As a former Green Beret, these watches stand up to everything and are beautiful!
