My watch needed a new battery. I emailed Christopher Ward you gave me a quote and sent an addressed bag for me to return my watch for the battery replacement. I was happy with the service, with the slight thought that they could have been a little faster - I had to chase them to confirm that they had received my watch, and confirm the price for the work to be carried out, but that was only a minor thing. Got it back now all working and they tested it for 24 hours to ensure accurate timekeeping.
