When I retired I was presented with a Christopher Ward watch with lovely blue face I was quite chuffed ,I have found that the slim silver hands against that dial make the watch actually quite difficult to read a complete contrast to my Mondain watch which is particularly easy to read .
After a couple of weeks when I picked it up in the morning I found it had stopped during the night I e mailed Christopher Ward but nobody bothered to reply ,I persevered but after it stopped for the third time i e mailed again using the web portal messenger service on the web site again nobody answered I decided I would have to try a different approach and telephoned customer service I was promised a pre paid pack to return the watch a week later I am still waiting for it ,Iwas told that the timescale before the watch is repaired will be 5 or 6 weeks possibly longer this is appalling service from start to finish .
