"I have ordered two watches (C8 Power Reserve Chronometer & C60 Trident Pro 600) from CW. The watches are of extremely high quality, with a fantastic finish and all for really great value. Also, when purchasing the second watch I made use of a promotion which I had been sent in the post after making the first buy.\r\n\r\nCustomer services were generally good and responded to queries via email within 2 days and on both occasions the delivery had been prompt (within 3 days of placing order).\r\n\r\nI had also ordered a C1000 Typhoon FGR4 for my brother after buying the C8 during a half-price promo period, however, after not hearing from them for a week, I contacted customer services who informed me that the inventory had been miscounted and thus the order could not fulfilled. This was very disappointing as my brother is a bit of a aviation fan! However, I was offered any watch for half-price, which I didn't take advantage of, but got an additional strap for the C8, so not all bad. So, take away from this is if you see one of these promotions early make use of it or you could be disappointed.\r\n\r\nOverall, great brand and story, high quality\/finish and good value, would buy again!"
