I have been in possession of my watch for some 18 months and this is the second time that I have had to sent it back to you for losing time. I can understand that the watch might have been unsold for sometime first time but not this. I originally ordered one of your special offers but you ignored my order and then found that it was sold out an error on your part.
Perhaps you would be good enough to give me your comments as to why I should spend so much in my opinion on a watch when I could have purchased a more reliable watch more cheaply
