I' e followed Christopher Ward watches on line so was pleased to see that one of the watches I liked had been discounted. The whole purchasing process was very smooth and communication clear and timely. I'm delighted with the watch but found it was ever so slightly out of the chronometer spec. This was dealt with efficiently and at no cost or inconvenience to myself. It's nice to see that real customer care still exists and that buying and owning a watch can e an enjoyable experience.
