Customer service is hit-or-miss. Sometimes excellent, sometimes non-existent (no reply). Probably a staffing problem.
My watch: An excellent value. The watch itself was a bit... well, grimy at unboxing. It looked as if it had been worn for a month, then returned and reboxed with no cleaning. Hmmm... maybe it was. The case, moreover, was scratched. And the bracelet was definitely NOT NEW. Probably a return. This was disappointing, to say the least, and spoiled the experience somewhat.
