I have seen many positive reviews of Chris Ward's customer service on many watch forums, as I was researching their watches. When I finally placed an order for a C9 5-day, I experienced the fantastic customer service for myself. Scott Callaway was very responsive to my questions and the whole ordering-to-delivery process was efficient. Great to see such 'old-fashioned' customer service - it always works a treat. And love the C9 5-day SH21, very good value!
