The service I received in ordering my new strap was excellent. Online order process straightforward and quick and it arrived in a couple of days suitably packed.
However, I remain unhappy that I needed to replace the trap so quickly, especially as it ha torn at the quick-release lever which seems to me a design flaw. I do not accept Christopher Ward's assertion that a watch strap is 'a perishable item'.
