Terrible terrible, almost non-existent customer service. I sent my watch in for repair, the works took months and the broken strap was not replaced as requested. Also the immaculate original box was badly damaged by them.
Now they wont even respond to my emails. Avoid like the plague, they dont care for customers and decent watches need ongoing support from the manufacturer.
