Many times I have seen a picture of a watch and liked it, only to see it in a shop and think it's ok, but not as nice as I thought. No such worries with Christopher Ward. Ordered online and when delivered opened the box and found myself saying out loud "oh wow". I have purchased three watches so far and been absolutely delighted with each one. The ordering process is easy, the delivery extremely quick, the watches look great and are of a high quality. My last purchase I wanted a different strap and customer services arranged this without any fuss and good communication. All in all a high level of service and watches I would recommend to anyone.
