Not only is my Trident C60 Pro MKII amazing, simple and robust but the customer service was excellent. My leather band wore down faster than it should have and within 24 hours and a couple emails, they were sending me a new band for free because of the inconvenience. As for my watch, I have put it through everything from diving, hiking and cooking for it to end up in a condition that is like new after 6 months of activity. Could not be happier. Great people. Great products. Great end-result!
