I own three CW watches and the quality and price of these pieces result in an outstanding value. My Trident GMT has gained only 4 seconds in three weeks! My only criticism is that for me the lume is only average though it is acceptable.
CW customer service is personalized and responsive. You connect with a person by name, and they follow up. It's been a pleasure to do business with them.
