The customer service is phenomenal. There was a very minor issue about the watch and the CWARD team was very responsive and fixed the problem very quickly and with a great attitude. Their lead customer service representative and QC manager are very responsive, even though there is a big time difference from London vs the USA.
I will be a repeat customer for sure! Great watches and great customer service!
