I haven’t watched the conversions yet as they have been wrapped as a Christmas present. However, the ordering process was very simple, regular updates I progress (filing received, work commencing , worker completed etc) so comforting to now my precious films were safe. Too many emails suggesting I purchased iCloud storage. Delighted with service so far. Will write again when we have viewed output.
