Kept me informed throughout. Got a call when the order processing was starting to mention that I had put Blueray rather than DVD which was greater cost but no quality benefit for Super8. Agreed to use DVD and got refund. Although I had done two separate orders with a wee'ks gap, they dealt with them together and offered to put them on a single DVD for further savings if I wanted. I kept them separate but appreciated the support and advice throughout. Great end result.
