Very efficient process, from initial order through to delivery; email notifications kept me informed on progress of the order, plus a phone call (on a Saturday morning) to confirm how I wanted the original films to be handled after despatch of the order. DVDs arrived in the post 3 days after despatch, as expected. Sadly not a service I am likely to use again, but thoroughly recommend to anyone considering converting cine films to DVD!
