Although I found the company and staff very professional and the service very good I had 2 hicups, 1. the DVD had no title printed on the disc as requested which they rectified immediately, then when I played the CD a section of the film was printed upside down and running backwards. They are rectifying the mistake and sending new DVD.
I would definitely use them in future because of the ease of rectifying any mistakes that may occur without a argument and the very professional manner all the staff had when dealing with my order.
