I was told by another company that my VHS video had been damaged by damp and they could not transfer it to DVD. I emailed Video Magic and they got back to me straight away to say this is a common problem and they always clean the tapes anyway.
I sent it off, they kept me up to date with where my order was up to and, best of all, they delivered a DVD and MP4 files,which I am now busily editing.
This was a very important memory and I'm delighted to have it back!
