I live close enough to have personally delivered my VHS master-work (toddler daughter compilation!), so can vouch for nice people working in a great location with some serious looking equipment. The digitisation of my tape was pretty rapid - as requested - and the end result excellent. Well - to be clear - my original dodgy production values weren't improved by 22 years of neglect (!), but I was seriously impressed by the stability of the image and sound quality. I couldn't have expected anything better ... but I don't think my daughter is so happy that the 'evidence' has been revived and shared family-wide!
