Fantastic service. I sent my damaged VHS tapes to Magic Memories and they have repaired them to the original quality which now play perfectly. The turnaround was prompt and I was kept informed of my order.
I sent the tapes in when my mum was very ill and she sadly passed away within a few of days of me sending them. I received them a few days later and they have brought me such comfort (especially when I thought they were gone forever!). Thank you.
