I was nervous about sending my home videos away for conversion so I just started with a few which didn't have much sentimental value. They arrived safely and I received am email to advise me of that, then once the conversion was done I received another email with the digital downloads and my videos and the DVD I ordered followed in the post soon after. So I now have the confidence to send in my more important videos. All in all, very happy with the service.
