I ordered 3 items, happy with 2, but had the send the 3rd back, the credit was less than I paid for the item. I e-mailed and very quickly received an e-mail from Arianne in Customer Service apologising for the error, she not only rectified the error, but gave me a £10 credit for my inconvenience. Fantastic service!!
