It took 12 days before I received my order. I sent an email on their system got no reply, rang them to inform them I hadn’t received my order, they said they would look into it and they would get back to me, they didn’t, I emailed them again and complained and they apologised saying there wasn't really a good enough excuse and that they had now dispatched my order and that I will receive it next day, I finally received the order next day. Very poor.
