It’s been over two weeks since I placed the order and I still haven’t received the item. I have contacted Aramex and your own customer service department several times and they have both been polite but completely useless in providing any actual answers as to when the parcel will arrive.
I understand delays happen but this time line is too long to wait for a health product. I won’t be using your company again.
