We paid extra money for delivery because we didn't have a forklift to unload the delivery. The large bench fridge we received was on a pallet that we were unable to wheel the product off of. The pallet had holes cut into it to bed the wheels of the fridge. It took us two hours to get the fridge off the pallet, post delivery.
