Hi, thank you for the fridge! It looks great, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. I've even recommended it to a friend.
The only issue I encountered was when I was asked if I had a forklift available for delivery. When I mentioned that I didn’t, I was informed that I would need to make an additional payment to upgrade the delivery fee. However, on the day of delivery, all that was needed was a standard delivery trolley, so I’m unclear about the reason for the extra charge. Nonetheless, I’m still very happy with the fridge!
