regarding my ORDER #20068, I haven’t received the item. and the customer service consultant refuses to communicate with me. I request for full refund because when i made the order, the consultant promised me it would arrive early last week. I have been tracing all the time but still no progress. it’s another week, and it has no sign that i could receive the item. also i get no chance to contact the customer service.
