I ordered the product over the phone from Tassie and picked it up from the warehouse on a recent trip to Melbourne. Great staff and ease of collection. When box was opened, we discovered 2 items instead of 1. After contact with your sales staff, labels were arranged for me to attach to the return item and pickup arranged the next day. No hassels at all. Very pleased with our Borrelli product and the wonderful staff. Thank you.
