I have been scam by PHA company claiming my tax return from HMRC and deducting 48 % service charges.
I didn't know HMRC owes me tax return , until i received a tex massage from PHA that they have already claimed my tax return and they are charging me 48% service charge .Would you sign any form of paper to claim tax return with 48%deduction ?
I did report PHA to HMRC but , they don't try to be helpful at all .
Scam company .they have to be reported to www.action froude. Police.uk
