Although i did get money back on a couple of claims, i found the lack of communication and updates very frustrating. In addition, both times i was sent an invoice for their fee which was incorrect (too high) and i had to request new ones, one of them the incorrect invoice was sent twice. Whether this was a genuine error or they were just hoping i wouldn't notice and pay the higher amount, i don't know.
The most frustrating thing i found is that when they wanted to contact me to chase payment of fees, i was receiving several missed calls per day, bordering on harassment (i cant answer my mobile in work), however when i wanted info from them, they didn't seem interested at all.
