Very good professional service. All staff were very polite and knowledgeable. Hardwick made several PPI and packaged bank account claims on my behalf and the outcome was well above expectations. Very pleased with the result and the service given. The forms to complete and sign are very comprehensive and lengthy but, if you stick with it, the results are worth it.
