I often complain about customer service in this country - I never, ever get satisfaction with companies that I am dealing with. Not so with Claims2gain (Hardwick Finance) - I was persuaded to try to claim against companies I had dealt with over a lot of years to see. Have to say, the claims took a long time to come to fruition - about a year and a half (because banks etc kept claiming they had lost my paperwork) and I almost gave up but Hardwick Finance kept asking me to be patient, see it through. Boy am I glad I did. I finally received a cheque for £14k+!!!! Wow! I needed this money so much too. Hardwick Finance kept me fully informed all the time, didn't pressurise me at all (which would have annoyed me), they were helpful and extremely polite. Whenever I phoned up - my file / records were accessed instantly and I can honesly say that I can't recall dealing with such a polite / friendly / professional organisation for a LOT of years! Well done, I would have no hesitation recommending Hardwick Finance / Claims2gain to anybody else (and have in fact done so several times already). Thank you!
