Very efficient. Perhaps a little too efficient at times - to the point of hounding me. However, they came up with the goods and I have been able to pay off my credit cards - yay!
They take quite a large cut. Tried not to think too hard about it, as I am reconciled that I wouldn't have got a penny without them.
