Constant hassling from Hardwick from start to finish. Messages, phonecalls chasing up the forms etc. The 2 companies I received money back from, contacted me direct, with the forms to complete. Basically Hardwick did not do any of the 'leg work' They charge 30% for sitting on the phone harassing people. When I got a letter informing me that I had mis-sold PPI (from the companies direct) and would be receiving cheques. I got a letter days later from Hardwick telling me the same. Then before I received the cheques, I had Hardwick constantly phoning, texting, leaving messages looking for there money. Daily this happened.
