It was between a 3 - 4 but gave a 4 because of the outcome, Now at the beginning I'm not going to lie it was horrendous because I agreed to go through with the claim and was sent the paperwork I signed and sent it back but hardwick didn't receive it, what followed felt like 100 people trying to ring me and text me and email me and the paperwork kept getting lost in the post and I got so fed up that I started to block numbers and ignore emails because I thought this isn't going anywhere, Eventually I answered a call and said to stop ringing me as I've had enough, I was then put through to a manager and he promised me that they was nearly there and just needed me to sign a couple of documents, so he sent them via email I printed and signed them and emailed them back then 2 weeks went by and all of a sudden I had letters saying I was getting paid out for my claims... bloody brilliant ... so a rocky start but a great finish Thanks to all at hardwick
